Wear your lifejacket

If you have to wear one.....DO IT!!! I put mine on today at Waranga basin, paddled my kayak about 100 meters from the bank and started casting soft plastics around.
Not long after, a police patrol car parked on the boat ramp, pulled his binoculars out and looked at me and started intercepting people as they arrived back at the boat ramp. He was checking all there safety gear, and fined quite a few people for not wearing life jackets!!
To be honest, i thought it was the water police, not all police that monitored marine safety.....how wrong was I? Any boat ramp....any copper!!You've been warned!
Let this be a wake up call to everyone.....WEAR YOUR LIFE JACKET!!!!
